kgbdeals Expands Its Daily Deals Footprint By Acquiring New York's TheDealist
kgbdeals, a 20-year-old company that expanded into daily deals last year, has acquired TheDealist in its hometown of New York. The company, which is currently�operating�in 100 cities in the U.S. and Europe,��is one of many providers that are �scrambling to gain scale against market leader, Groupon.�Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
